Therefore, we have confidential and secure channels to receive good-faith reports related to potential violations of our Code of Conduct, Law 20.393, Free Competition regulations, principles of the UN Global Compact, and other issues that affect our control environment, financial statements, or organizational behavior.

All reports are treated seriously, independently, and with absolute confidentiality, ensuring that there will be no retaliation. The same level of responsibility and confidentiality is expected of the whistleblower, safeguarding the integrity of the process and the people involved.
