We are a Chilean company, a leader in the production, marketing, and export of pork, recognized for our commitment to quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

Thanks to its vertical integration model, we manage every stage of the process, from animal feeding and breeding to product production and distribution in Chile and in important and demanding markets around the world. This way of operating allows us to guarantee traceability, high health standards, and a swift response to our customers’ demands. It manages the subsidiaries Agrícola Coexca S.A. and Agrícola y Ganadera Mayoral SpA, dedicated to pig farming and wholesale sales of live animals; Balanceados Coexca SpA, which produces high-quality animal diets; and TAK S.A., a pork processing company primarily supplying the domestic market.

Coexca S.A. is made up of a team of more than a thousand employees, who carry out their work under strict international certifications. Its products are marketed in Chile, under the Campo Noble and Mayoral brands, and in 30 other major countries, including China, Japan, Korea, and Colombia. It has sales offices in Tokyo and Madrid.

Coexca S.A. is owned by Chilean investors (72.72%), the Investment Fund for Developing Countries (IFU) of Denmark (25.26%), and Terra Protein Equity Limited (2.02%). The Board of Directors of Coexca S.A., composed of nine members, exercises the administration of the Company.
It is chaired by Claudio Soler Cortina. The extensive experience of its members in the pork industry is a distinctive feature of this body.
The Investment Fund for Developing Countries Denmark (IFU) is represented by Otto Vinther Christensen, its Vice President, who brings solid experience in corporate governance, acquired through his participation on various boards of directors.
Its directors also include Joseph F. Connor, representative of TerraProtein Equity Limited, one of the world’s leading swine veterinarians.
